This is a Carlsbad vintage Brilhart Tonalin 2* for clarinet, serial number 53021. The body and shank are both in good shape as is the black bite plate. Its facing regarding the table, tip and side rails is excellent. 
 
The tip opening on the mouthpiece measures 1.30mm.
