Superb condition Buffet Paris R13 series Bb clarinet, serial number 577537. This instrument is a one-owner horn which has been very well cared for. There are no cracks or previous crack repairs, and it will ship with all new pads and freshly adjusted.

This R13 is in great shape. The grenadilla wood body shows no previous damages or repairs, and there is only very mild finish wear on the nickel played keywork, on the usual touch points. The instrument has its original 65mm barrel and bell, and the original Buffet mouthpiece with matching ligature and cap. When we received it, pads were starting to get on the older side, so we are going to complete a full repad, including oiling and all new material, with a precise adjustment. All work will be done by our top clarinet tech, Audrey Denny, to ensure that it arrives to you in perfect playing shape.

This clarinet plays with a very easy response and a lot of color in its tone. Very comfortably playing instrument and a great choice for anyone looking to save on an R13 from the current “new” pricing. Ships in its original case, which is also in excellent shape.
