Carlsbad era vintage Brilhart Tonalin Special series mouthpiece for the bass clarinet, serial number 062667. This piece is in superb all original condition. There are no cracks, no nicks/chips in body, and even the factory stamping shows little fading. There is one very tiny, superficial nick on the front side of the tip rail, but does not dig through the tip and does not affect play in any way. This piece comes from back when these were professional quality pieces, before they were later cheapened. The tip measures .068” (1.72mm).
